Thank you for shopping with Voltark. We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
📦 Returns
You can request a return within 10 days of receiving your order if:
• The item is in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
To start a return, please contact us at Voltark@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or supplier directly.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or card provider — processing times may vary.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened, including:
• Used or damaged power banks
• Cables with visible wear
• Items without original packaging
