We currently ship to:
United Kingdom (mainland)
Selected international destinations (coming soon)

⚙️ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

⏳ During high-demand periods (e.g. holidays or sales), processing may take slightly longer.

Typical delivery estimates:
UK: 7–12 business days
Europe: 10–20 business days
Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

🕒 Delayed or Lost Orders

If your package hasn’t arrived within:
30 business days (UK), or
45 business days (international)

please reach out to us. We’ll investigate with our logistics partners and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.


🚫 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of purchase — we’ll do our best to correct it before dispatch.


💥 Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing:
The damaged item(s), and
The outer packaging.

We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once processing or shipping has started, cancellations cannot be made.
